Going between funny to annoying to even kind of nauseating yeah, were talking about Toms cooking, it was one of those season finales from the days of fall to spring TV seasons. Whatever happened to those, by the way Well, fans dont get those long viewing seasons, with summers of nothing but reruns, any longer that has its good and its bad points. One good point, there is almost always something new coming on somewhere, like Fat N Furious, which returns to Discovery Channel Motor Mondays next week, or the original Street Outlaws, which started a new season in the 4. One bad point, on the other hand, is it seems seasons have barely started on your favorite showsthe new season of Misfit Garage just premiered on March 7, after allbefore the Season Finale sneaks up on you, like it did with Misfit Garage last night. Old school TV, however, typically ended its long season with a cliffhangermuch as Misfit Garage did last night, with Sues truck yet unfinished and two days yet to go on the deadline, with her raging at the Fired Up doorstep. We cannot say that we blame her for being ticked, on the one hand three months And, when Thomas reminds everyone that they also rebuilt a Corvette during that time, so whatStreet Outlaws Season Finale 2017 ScheduleWhat the heck does that have to do with Sues ride, other than they felt free to just put her stuff aside when it suited their interests And, it doesnt seem like they are doing a very good job at considering what she wants out of the build maybe that plum colored paint will grow on her over time. On the other hand, that old piece of junk needed a lot of work, and they seem to have done a lot. But, if she was unhappy with itand is there any doubt she has beenshe really should have yanked it away from them sooner, especially after agreeing to give them seven more days. We understand Sues frustrations, but coming in two days before the deadline with Richard Rawlings in tow, well, not cool, Sue, just not cool. It really was not fair to the Fired Up guys and, honestly, not fair to Richard, either. He did the right thing, stepping back and leaving. Thomas, on the other hand, somebody needs to give him some lessons on keeping his cool and keeping his mouth shut. Hes created this entire situation, in our opinion, with his unwillingness to treat the build as the priority it should have been from the start. And, Sue no doubt feels disrespected and taken advantage of, given how she has given Thomas deal after deal for Fired Up in the past, and he doesnt even pretend to extend that type of VIP treatment to her. Oh, and as far as Tom and his cooking Sorry, Tom, we like you, think you are funny and well meaning, but we dont want anything coming out of your kitchen. And, after seeing that behind the scenes look at the Tom Smith kitchen, we just have to wonder Did any of those food truck thumbs up change to thumbs down as all of those taste testers were watching themselves on TV last nightWere betting so So, well apparently have to wait until next season to find out just how this cliffhanger turns out.
